Alpine Space ATLAS project

ATLAS stands for "Advanced tools for low-carbon, high-value development of historic architecture in the Alpine Space". The Interreg Alpine Space ATLAS Project aims at (re-)discovering and valorising traditional Alpine architecture. These buildings are often located in deprived areas and provide low levels of energy efficiency and comfort. The project wants to pave the way for a sustainable development of historic structures, respecting their cultural significance. This includes capitalising and optimising existing best practice solutions for building refurbishment and regional development.
